Important Wiring Notes

  1. Check VCC and GND: Do not interchange VCC and GND. Otherwise, the controller may fail.
  2. Stop before direction change: Please switch CW/CCW only after the motor fully stops. Therefore, the motor and controller can avoid damage.
  3. Start the motor correctly: Connect the red wire to positive. Then, connect the black and white wires to GND.
  4. CCW direction: Connect the blue wire to low-level power. As a result, the motor runs in the CCW direction.
  5. CW direction: Connect the black, white, and orange wires to low-level power. Therefore, the motor runs in the CW direction.

Output Interface Guide

  • ① Motor power positive: This terminal provides the positive output of the motor power supply.
  • ② Motor power negative: This terminal provides the negative output of the motor power supply.
  • ③ Forward and reverse control: This output provides high and low level direction control. Moreover, the F/R tact switch controls this signal.
  • ④ Brake control: This output provides high and low level brake control. In addition, the BRA touch switch controls this signal.
  • ⑤ Analog voltage output: This interface suits motors that accept analog voltage speed regulation.
  • ⑥ PWM reverse output: This interface suits motors that accept PWM speed regulation. However, the speed is inversely proportional to the duty cycle.
  • ⑦ PWM positive output: This interface suits motors that accept PWM speed regulation. As a result, the speed is proportional to the duty cycle.
  • ⑤-⑦ Signal adjustment: The potentiometer adjusts the output signal changes of these three interfaces.

Final Safety Note

The positive and negative poles of the circuit board power supply must not be reversed. Otherwise, reverse polarity can burn the chip.
